Karen's notes: And listen to what I found in the audio file: My very first effort! Ok, I know it's lacking in panache, but I'm just a beginner, after all.

  5. ROFL, Adam should be giving all men lessons on how to answer the age old question that every woman eventually asks her man, and I'm sure everyone knows which question...

  9. Hi, Karen! (I feel like we're at a meeting of sleeptalkers anonymous here.)

According to my fiance, I'm much more active than I realized when I'm asleep. Not only do I speak from time to time (sometimes in one of my non-native languages), I also roll around. The other night I apparently tackle-hugged him when he came to bed.

  19. Actually, bleu is a proper spelling depending on the type of cheese.

and hi to you, too, Karen!

    ReplyDelete
  20. Depending on the type of cough, too:
Dry, ticklish cough = Danish blue
Hacking cough with irritation = Bleu d'Auvergne or Roquefort
Bronchial cough with mucus = Blue Stilton or Gorgonzola

  21. I LOVE this lot! The "cherry spats and chocolate chaps" and the jeans one is hilarious. You always brighten my day with your posts and anyone who says that the maerial is getting less funny obviously needs to lightne up and let their hair down a little. Life is too short to be serious all the time.
Thanks for making my day yet again Karen!

And "cherry spats and chocolate chaps"... "Dead kitty fishing, numpty" and "you've got no tear ducts, you tearless freak"...

I agree, AllieB - they've been just as funny as always! Thanks for the ongoing smiles and laughs, and the pics were wonderful. :)

It makes me wonder if STM knows you're there and who you are. :P

  27. In English it is blue cheese not bleu cheese. Maybe just a spelling mistake or do you guy´s over the pond call it bleu???
