Karen's note: Adam didn't talk last night, these are from my collection of honeymoon leftovers. On the nights that he talks a lot, I've started keeping a couple back so I have something for you all on his silent nights.
thanks Karen
ReplyDeletehave a fab weekend
ha ha ha ha ha! I love it when I see that you've made a post! I get such a laugh.
ReplyDeleteAdam's sleeping alter-ego is clearly an intellectual. Fun stuff as ever!

ReplyDeleteHahaha... love that first one!
ReplyDeleteDon't keep things back! I kind of liked that this was an accurate log of his nights. Plus, if you've got it all dated accurately, you may be able to find some pattern later on or trace what he said back to events that were going on, or something. I dunno. Maybe I'm the odd one out, but I rather liked seeing it as an actual book of records that we all just stumbled upon. LOL
p.s. -- sorry for the deleted post... it's well early here and it wasn't very articulate! Not that the edit was much of an improvement.
ReplyDeleteI'll shut up now.. have a great day, Adam & Karen :)
Amanda...
ReplyDeleteAn accurate log is a nice thing.
But from an opinion of a follower from the first it becomes An Event; every day to open up the laugh meter present to us, to start the day for many and that somehow is the crave of the day moreso as records will be intact from their side.
Or rather that slight ahhh when the bowl is empty so to say...cause we would miss STM for that day to add to a daily giggle routine
Hold back anytime Karen (just because :)
I'm with Amanda - an accurate log is much better and more authentic. A day missed just makes you want for the next day when he does sleep talk even more :)
ReplyDeleteI am not a purist - something IS better than nothing!!!!!!! Thanks, Karen!
ReplyDeleteRe. Adam's second outburst, and considering the current incumbent, I'm not sure there is any significant difference between the two options.
ReplyDelete(@ Adam's first quote) I didn't know he knew my ex-husband lol.
ReplyDelete*snickers* Pope on a rope.... hahahahaha...
ReplyDeleteso where would the soap go?....that's a loud'n mouthy question entwined in a drawstring of fibre and lights, twisted for decoration ac.cord.ing to the strength for pulling this flexible item one way or another, there's gotta be some hope ...
ReplyDeletethat would be a BattleStar Galactica dilemma and their plan to wipe out the human race intellectually deciphering these Scientist in the future are future scientists working to struggle amongst themselves to see if the future plan towards the future to futuristic futures futuristically, are classified unitelligible forming nonsense as predicted of the breathing kind...
stumped now and futurewise, "scientifically equationed to a struggle for existence and even the strongest have their moments of fatigue" they! say " (who's they ;)
"if there is no struggle, there is no progress and for better or worse, our future will be determined in large part by our dreams and by the struggle to make them real"...
wonder if sleepAdam has this school of thought in his inner philosophy, a breakthru scientific method as Adam sleepsawake.
p.s. mOre MuSe - - - - - - - > tHe MeRrIeR --->
every daze a new day...more'n'more'n more...
Silent nights
ReplyDelete(are not)
hOly nights
...without you STM

-bright
morning! day=) and nite ;)
Yes, give me a pope on a rope. Preferably a noose.
ReplyDeleteAnon @ 13:07 -- hey, you aren't the only one who's been following it for quite a while. This thing makes my day when I get here to work far too early! But it still seems less.. I dunno, genuine this way.
ReplyDeleteBut hey, as long as it's here I cannot possibly complain too much! Rock on, Karen, do what ya gotta do. :)
Hmmm..... Just don't plan any slumber parties in Northern Ireland, OK? 7@=Q
ReplyDeleteAs the Catholic Church falls - a quote for the ages. Not eloquent but certainly pithy. Thanks Adam. Shana, Australia XXXX
ReplyDeleteAre you sure it wasn't soap on a rope? I've never heard of a pope on a rope before!
ReplyDelete"Scientists in the future..." is definitely t-shirt material.
ReplyDeleteI personally prefer a more accurate log, even if it means going a few days without anything new... it does seem more authentic somehow. Not that it really matters--I'll be here every day anyway. :-)
ReplyDeleteXD pope on a rope XD theres this comedian(idk if spelled that right ) had a joke about one of the popes i think his name is ralphie ... or somthing oh well its like 5:00 am now so ill remember it later
ReplyDeleteHahaha! I didnt think you could be that rude in your sleep.. But it is clearly possible. :D
ReplyDeletei dont give a fudge what time it was actually said (and no im not censoring for ur benefit, its just what i say) its still funny, it is still sleep talking, and its not exactly as if we are keeping a log of their life from it because dream sdont always match day experiences..
ReplyDeleteand anyway that is just creppily stalkerish.. XD
sorry for such a late post, but when the pope came to the u.s. in the early 80's, one of the marketing items was the pope-on-a-rope-soap-on-a-rope.
ReplyDeleteI'm new to this and I love it! It's hilarious and also intriguing.. dreams are intriguing. My opinion on the log vs daily thing goes something like this.. It's great to have new stuff everyday but it's nice to have some context if it's not chronological.. when or what was happening at the time.. just as you have done in fact. (Spencer)
