    Out of my own curiosity, I decided to google 'Koala Man', wondering if it was some sort of comic book superhero. Lo and behold, this image is what I find (Sorry, couldn't copy picture but this is the link)

    Do not disrespect Koala Man! He is the mightiest of the super(furry)heroes! Faster than a speeding sloth! More powerful than over-the-counter pain relievers! Can leap tall and wide jungles with a single bound! (disclaimer: provided that bound is onto an airplane due to pass over said jungles)
    He will drop on you from his lofty perch and throttle you with his mighty...errm.. Eucalyptus leaves? Right! Yes, he will do that exactly! And his little joeys will help.

    Also, for the record, he's not pissed, only slightly sloshed. He and the Kangaroo Kid were throwing a stag do for Wallaby Wonder and got a bit carried away.

    Ah ha ha! This is great! Although I have to say thank you for the "pissed" = "drunk" disclaimer because I read it differently at first because I'm American. ("pissed" = "really angry" in the US for the Brits who don't know) I get it now! ^_^

    Okay Chelsea, I cut, and pasted the web address, and what I saw on the cover of the comic book was probably the most disturbing thing I have experienced since The Bush Administration!

    Now I know we Yanks have this cowboy image, and yes we do sport about with our pistols a bit much, but that could send somebody over the edge! Take my word for it, over the edge is NOT a place you want to send someone, sporting about with pistols!

    Gosh that's hysterical!!! I love the "again" part...makes me wonder how many other times Koala Man has made an appearance and what sort of skirmishes they've been in since it's quite obvious that STM considers himself to be one of the super-heros :)

    Reminds me of a joke I love....

    A koala was sitting in a gum tree smoking a joint when a little lizard walked past, looked up and said, 'Hey Koala! What are you doing?'

    The koala said, 'Smoking a joint. Come up and have some.'

    So the little lizard climbed up and sat next to the koala where they enjoyed a few joints. After a while the little lizard said that his mouth was 'dry' and that he was going to get a drink from the river.

    The little lizard was so stoned that he leaned over too far and fell into the river. A crocodile saw this and swam over to the little lizard and helped him to the side. Then he asked the little lizard, 'What's the matter with you?'

    The little lizard explained to the crocodile that he had been sitting with the koala in the tree, smoking a joint, but got too stoned and fell into the river while taking a drink.

    The crocodile said that he had to check this out and walked into the bush to find the tree where the koala was sitting finishing a joint. The crocodile looked up and said, 'Hey you!'

    The koala looked down at him and said, 'FAAAAAAARK...!!! Dude .. How much water did you drink??!!'

    Now I've only briefly read the comments, but it seems that most of you imagine Koala Man as an actual koala, with superhero powers? My mind created the image of a man, looking normal but acting lika a koala. Oh, and the superpowers of course. :)

    Oh, I almost forgot! One of my favorite webcomics, A Girl and her Fed, features a genetically engineered koala with an attitude in its cast of characters. I wonder if Adam is also a fan.

    Honestly, I think Adam always sounds like a caricature of a pissed man when he's asleep. So this is ironic.

    And I am not going to try to make it a link because I only know how to do that for one site. And I'm never sure if it's going to work out on another.

    My take? Superman(tis) is the one talking, and the joke is probably either in how "green" he is, so he always gets the dirty jobs or in, of course, his name. And its relation to doing the impossible. And the possible evisceration of the creator of DMV forms which stuck him with that name by not having enough blanks for his whole name. But I'm leaving it in your hands, now.
