Karen's notes: I have nothing to say about this weirdness

Merch news: We had lots of requests for "Ooooh, ribbit" as a ringtone. Now you can get it here.

  1. Oh I absolutely must have the hobbit loving on a t-shirt! Being a shorty myself, it's perfect!

As for those fluffy little bunny-kins, they can fool you. I recently saw a video of 3 crows pestering a rabbit. Lol, the rabbit took out 1 of the crows! 1 down and 2 to go!! I couldn't believe it. Totally changed my perception of those cute little bunnies!

  10. Second "frigid monkey." If I were to question my hearing on either word, it would be frigid.

  11. Karen's "frigid monkey" is funnier than Adam's. You are more awesome every day!

A big hellooooo from Argentina .
(you are my favourite before bed treat)

  12. At first, I thought it was "rabbit warrior" as well. But then, if you listen to the rest, it's all about making the poor little bunnies anxious. That's how i decided for sure that it was rabbit worrier.

Also, if you listen closely to how I respond, I thought at the time that he said "Bridget Monkey", which means even less than "frigid monkey."

  15. "You've got enough to worry about". Yep, it's mating season, and they'll breed like....Oh, hoppity!

  16. Nope, it's definitely Rabbit Worrier! I'm with you Karen.

  17. Rabbit worriers - scum of the earth, I say; even worse than snail fiddlers. Throw the book at 'em, the scoundrels..... 7X=Q

  18. Good old virgin monkeys. lol

  19. Hahaha - I thought it was "Virgin" Monkey from Adam too - Wow, not sure I'd ever need that much information!

    ReplyDelete
  20. I heard "Virgin" Monkey, too! And how would one know for sure with all that hobbit loving going on?

  21. Assemble the Rabbit Warrior, and the Frigid Monkey, and send them to bedevil the despicable Fascist bastards who so cruelly deny the iguanas their tea!

  22. Hi I was just wondering if when you first started talking in your sleep that if you always woke yourself up? Or is that only when you yell something. Because I believe I've started talking in my sleep but I sleep alone, it seems whenever I talked in my dream I woke up. Just wondering thanks.

  23. Does the STM ever drink? I'd be interested to hear if alcohol affects his talking. Call it a scientific experiment.

  24. The rabbit worrier ramble is hilarious - I so wish I knew what scenario went along with that.

Frigid monkey - LOL! And your sleepy response is so funny, Karen. It's like even aroused from sleep you're instantly ready to roll with whatever, but then it's "wait, what?"

Thanks as always - lots of hard things going on in the lives of folks I care about right now and lots of worry and concern, and it's good to laugh.

  25. I have to say, I love waking up everyday and seeing what has transpired during the night!

The funniest thing is, the day before, I watched "Lord of the Rings" (it was a movie marathon day) for the first time. Hearing STM mention Hobbits was just hilarious, espically since now I know exactly what they are.

Thanks for sharing your lives with us. It always makes a great start to my day!

  26. "Worrier" makes complete sense, on more than just an anxiety level. Our modern word "worry" comes from an Old English word meaning "to strangle". "Worrying" is a hunting term referring to dogs shaking prey until the neck breaks (as I recall).

    Poor bunnykins. :(
