    the first one....sounds like you're leading a group on a long journey and trying to get some motivation going. that pause and the quieter end! fabulous! great mountains of cheese!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! yum...then the inevitable tummy ache would be worth it.
