"Put those finger-toes away. Put them away! Freak of fucking nature. Ugh. Finger-toes, don't you pick things up with them! Ew. That's just not right. You start using them like hands, I'll chop your fuckin' arms off. Then you'll be stuck with them. That'll teach ya."

I'm with STM on this one. Ever seen people who can do all sorts of fingery tasks with their toes? Gross.
"Stop talking. Shut the fuck up. Shut the fuck up, 'kay? Just say 'okay'. Shut the fuck up! Just say 'okay'. Shut the fuck up! Stop talking. Stop talking! Say 'okay'— Shut the fuck up! Ugh."

Hmmm. Could this be Adam and STM coming into some sort of existential crisis?

ps- am I the only one who can't seem to play the audio today?

  1. I find it sort of reassuring that I can pick up stuff using my toes, in case someday somthing happens to my arms... Now I just hope STM doesnt chop my arms off.

  2. STM could just be referring to Megan Fox's toe thumbs.

  3. My husband has finger-toes. They are dexterous and gross. It freaks me out and intrigues me at the same time.

  4. I have finger toes and they are very useful. I draw the line at putting them anywhere near my face though!

  10. I too, have finger toes. Long and dexterous. It makes finding sandals that fit difficult.

  12. My finger toes are really helpful.

  13. I think I trained my toes through laziness to bend down to pick things up! Now I use them to amuse my boyfriend who finds it similarly intriguing and weird.

  14. but if STM cuts off that person's arms, they'll be forced to use their finger toes all the time!

  17. Ok, is there such a thing as sleep tourettes syndrome, because that's exactly what this sounds like, especially the yelling that often wakes him. Does anyone else believe this could be what's happening here?

  18. Oh and in response to the "Ummm... What?" from Karen about, I'm assuming, Megan Fox's toe thumbs. Google Megan Fox's Thumb, you will see what they were talking about.

  19. I actually have really short toes that are kinda squarish, but I've learned to pick stuff up with them. Being in a wheelchair and all with bad balance, it does really come in handy. But, I'd really appreciate it if STM didn't chop off my arms, 'cause I kinda need those to get around. ;o)

And Anonymous at 00:59, I have a degree in psychology, so I'm quite familiar with Tourette's Syndrome, but had never heard of the sleep Tourette's. I agree that the random yelling could be classified under this, but the rest is so detailed and longer than what you'd see in typical Tourette's ... But, I guess anything is possible.

  20. Would STM be referring to your visit to the monkey nursery some time ago? Monkeys have legitimate "finger-toes".

  21. Some people are double arm-amputees and have no choice but to use their feet. I've always found it kinda incredible personally. At any rate, I'm not sure it's a comment you should endorse seeing as some people have no choice but to do this because of a severe disability.

  22. ooo!!! It does sound like there are two people talking! How fascinating!

  23. I have finger-toes too. If my arms are full and I drop something small (example: carrying a load of laundry and I drop a sock) I can pick it up with my toes. I think it's more useful than freaky. :)
(I can also turn a doorknob with my toes.)

  26. I can do tons of things with my toes....including writing. :-)

  27. Wow, how cute that you discriminate against those with talented feet. I pick things up with my toes all the time; it's very useful.
