"I wanna put you in a snow globe. Just so I can shake it up. And shake it up. And shake it up. And shake it up. Shake it up. Give it a really good shake. Shake it some more. One more shake. Bastard."

Karen's notes: I especially like the teeth-gritting delivery of "Give it a really good shake."
Merch update: Not surprisingly (you're all so cynical!), there was a strong cry out for "I'm losing faith in humanity...." on merch. So, shirts, mugs, nighties, and panties are now in shops!
Wow STM just summed up my afternoon with that quote
ReplyDeleteyou could almost write a horror film based on your nighttime performances!
ReplyDeleteWell STM has fairly much summed my day up! I get to go to the local tax collector, and prove that I do not own a 1885 Colony Homes mobile home. I have not owned a 1985 Colony Homes mobile home for over ten years!
ReplyDeleteThe damned thing burned down and everybody came to the fire! It wasn't like I was trying to keep it a secret or anything! There were all kinds of really official-looking vehicles, with all colors of lights, right there!
I'm pretty sure the Tax Collector heard about it! Hell, we had a live band afterward and I played the drums!
I'm hoping we have a white Christmas as well. Not for the snow though but for the days off work.
ReplyDeleteDidn't know they made Colony Homes in 1885. I would have kept it as an antique.
ReplyDeleteShake it baby!
STM was definitely determined to give that bastard a proper shaking! :-) haha!!!!!
ReplyDeleteI'm very happy that "I'm losing faith in humanity" has been put in the store, but I must object to the grammar. I can't wear a pair of undies with a sentence fragment on them. I just can't.
ReplyDeleteHa ha, it seems it wasn't quite meeting the sweariness quota, so he had to append a quick 'bastard' at the end there.
ReplyDeleteLol that seemed pretty tame compared to normal STM standards
ReplyDeleteHmmm.....
ReplyDeleteSnow globes didn't make it into the ads - but teeth-gritting did. 7@=Q
Whoops - spoke too soon..... 7@=Q
ReplyDeleteI've not got ads for snowglobes, but tooth-gritting and 'braces for teeth' did come up. Hmmm... in Brit-speak, aren't braces suspenders?
ReplyDeleteJust found your blog. Fabulous! My nephew was wearing the shirt about the duck and I just had to check you out.
ReplyDeleteOMG - that sums up my night at my job!!!! LMAO Thanks STM for the grin.
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry, this one freaks me out a little because my fiance and I wrote a song with almost those exact words!
