dont worry about it karrin, we all get those kinds of mornings, and adams newest post about lego brought back the best memorys of building shit as a kid
i wonder if Adam had to deal with an annoying client?
we're having a lot of grief due to thousands (literally!) of HP laserjets we're putting into classrooms that are losing their network settings (the whole bloody model line!) and teachers calling frantic because their shiny new labs won't print . . . . someone owes me the last three days of my life!
First part of the Lego one as a shirt, please!!! "I can't have this as a memory" on its own would also make a good shirt. I could have used it when the city workers arrived to resolve the problem of the sewer that backed up into the laundry sink and over the edge yesterday.....
LEGO RULES!
ReplyDeleteOh can we please please please get audio for the Lego one??
ReplyDeleteLMAO!!!! Oh Yes, audio always makes it that much more funny!!!!
ReplyDeleteGood Night now :-)
My brother will totally agree with the lego one...meanwhile I'm still managing my weeble affliction (Adam's fault)
ReplyDeletexx
I love that last one liner! I have to admit, when my Mum calls me I invariably think much the same thing afterwards...
ReplyDeleteLMFAO. That lego one is brilliant!
ReplyDeleteOmg. I die! LOVE your blog. :)
ReplyDeleteXx

ReplyDelete...i was playing lego today
ReplyDeleteand now i can't wait to do it again...
Aahh, I have such happy memories of building shit with lego as a kid. I think I might have to nip up town to get some (it`s gonna be a SPACESHIP)
ReplyDeleteThe Lego one is a shirt i would pay good money for.
ReplyDelete'I can't have this as a memory.'
ReplyDeleteI love that line!
stressful morning here too--woke up to flooded yard and (lightly flooded) basement--boo hoo for me.
ReplyDelete"I can't have this as a memory" either.

ReplyDeleteany excuse not to study lol
The first one definitely belongs on an Civil Engineering shirt....
ReplyDeleteI second the sentiment about paying good money for a shirt with the lego comment. Totally need one of those!
ReplyDeletexD I love the lego statement. I've always said you're never too old for lego, yay someone else agrees. Building things ARE fun :D
ReplyDeleteIt's okay, Karen, you can upload the audio later. We people can be patient. :)
ReplyDelete@Karen: "Sorry, guys, it was a sort of stressful morning, and I got distracted."
ReplyDeleteToo many phone calls?
@Rochelle, OMG, Weebles are now popping up in conversation for me frequently. Adam rejuvenated my need to think and talk about Weebles.
ReplyDeletedont worry about it karrin, we all get those kinds of mornings, and adams newest post about lego brought back the best memorys of building shit as a kid
ReplyDeleteLEGO is great; gotta get this quote on a T shirt!
ReplyDeletei wonder if Adam had to deal with an annoying client?

If you can manage to get Lego to let you print a T-shirt or mug, I'll buy that one.
ReplyDeleteThe phone... I feel that. Some people you answer the phone to and immediately think, "there goes the next half hour"
ReplyDeleteI love these...I LOVE THESE!
ReplyDeleteFirst part of the Lego one as a shirt, please!!! "I can't have this as a memory" on its own would also make a good shirt. I could have used it when the city workers arrived to resolve the problem of the sewer that backed up into the laundry sink and over the edge yesterday.....
ReplyDelete"Somebody give me back the last 10 minutes of my life. I can't have this as a memory." CLASSIC!
ReplyDeleteAnd don't worry about no audio, Karen - you give us such fun every day! Skip it when it's stressful. It should be FUN for you too.
I used to get so angry with my mum whenever I saw her stern face and heard the Lego clattering up the vacuum cleaner. Less shit to build with = balls.
ReplyDeletei really really hope that the lego one makes it on to a tshirt. the "building shit is fun part" at the very least. please :)
ReplyDeleteLMAO!!! The audio on the Lego one is absolutely positively hilarious!!!!
ReplyDeleteKaren - thank you for posting the audio! It's great!
Kimmie B
Ditto, Kimmie B! Hilarious!!! Thanks, Karen.
ReplyDeleteHmmm..... sounds more like 'funfuck' to me.
ReplyDeleteOh, and if STM wants a *really* big project to build, he should Lego his Ego....... 7@=Q

ReplyDeleteLego is awesome, love it... but long time since last time I used it...
